Sandra E. Peterson will join Johnson & Johnson on December 1, 2012, as group worldwide chairman and member of the company’s executive committee. She will have responsibility for the consumer group of companies, information technology, and global supply chain. Peterson will be based at J&J’s headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ. Since 2010, she has held the position of chairman and CEO of Bayer CropScience AG.
